Teri England – Managing Partner

Born with a passion for the equestrian world and a drive to give it her best shot, Teri has dedicated herself to horses her entire life and her passion for them has infected many around her. A working career to indulge her pastime has included both entrepreneurial and corporate world, she has a wide understanding of business and has helped several other companies along the way. Her background includes marketing and event management at many major sporting events including Formula 1, Wimbledon, Ascot and Badminton. She helped grow a small family business into a global success with two Queen’s awards to their name and she has also run a successful equestrian training yard for the last 10 years.

Teri has been the Commercial and Marketing Director for two start up companies gaining 18 year’s industry experience in new technology development, marketing, sales, support and continued product development for the Intelligent Transportation Sector.Teri was instrumental in the success of an industry changing technology now used globally for tolling or Road User Charging solutions.

She is a highly motivated experienced marketing and business development professional with a track record of proven results across diverse businesses and product lines from ITS to the worlds sporting stage. A creative thinker who is excellent at relationship building, resolving ambiguous and complex problems, creating actionable solutions, and driving execution through detailed analysis and collaboration.

A team player involved with counselling strategic input for business strategy and event creativity. Overseeing the full life-cycle of any event, guiding product/service development, compiling marketing strategy and supporting the final product.

Communication & Relationships: Accomplished at building relationships with key senior executives to identify business issues. Directed business partners and teams around the world to design the correct solutions to address the Customers’ needs.

Marketing: Global marketing and brand awareness specifically for new technologies, achieved 2 Queens Awards for Idris Technology.

Project Management: Excellent track record of managing projects and implementing on time and on or under established budgets from small new business concepts to the worlds formula 1 racing stage.
