Guests meet in the main hall at Gorse Retreat for breakfast, tea and coffee whilst listening to a safety discussion and briefing. Your team will then proceed to the woods to begin the first half of your day.
At midday lunch can be served at the Retreat.
After lunch, back to the clay ground for the second half of your day, followed by presentation and drinks in the main hall before departure.
You can rely upon our experience in running these events smoothly so all your team have to do is turn up on the day. Whether your group is large or small we can tailor the arrangements to suit your individual needs.

9.30am Arrival time
9.30am – 10.00am Refreshments & bacon rolls on arrival
Welcome talk & briefing
10.00am (approx.) Shooting commences – groups will be split into groups of no more than 8
people shooting 30 shots each
11.30am Convene for a coffee/tea back in the clubhouse
12.00pm (approx.) Further 40 shots including a competition
1.30pm 2 course buffet lunch
2.30pm Shooting will continue with a 50 bird sporting competition
4.30pm Conclude with cakes, refreshments, pictures & prizes in the clubhouse
