A beautiful location offering walks in the stunning grounds, sit in the comfort of the lounge & drift off in a book, take a dip in the hot tub & watch nature surround you or perhaps a relaxing therapy with one of our experienced therapists. With fine cuisine, nibbles in the lounge, a drink at the bar or cocktails in the grounds the team are here to provide you with all you need to enjoy your visit.

Research shows that self-compassion combined with mindfulness can greatly enhance emotional well-being & change the way the brain rewires in response to life’s challenges.

Meditation & yoga practice is how we learn to gently, very gently be with ourselves – make friends with ourselves & to be in our world in the most simple & direct way. During your Well-being day our yogi will guide & help you to understand how these practices may help you personally. There are 6 dimensions of wellness: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational & physical well-being. Each of our Well-being days covers one of these dimensions to provide a focus & purpose to your activities.

An AFX activity day brings together the pursuits of country living such as archery, clay pigeon shooting & fishing, giving your guests the opportunity to sample these traditional pastimes. You can pick & mix the activities, to create a truly original event.
